Longhe Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co, Ltd is located in China Economic and Technological Development Zone of Longyan City, Fujian Province (National new and high-tech zone). It is the modern international enterprise integrating designing, manufacturing, sales and service. The company’s main business includes forklift attachments, construction machinery attachments, agricultural attachments, E-Frame Trailer, industrial handling robots, material handling and loading systems, and providing customers with material handling system solutions.
The company has Longhe Intelligent Technology R&D Center and Longhe Intelligent (Changsha)R&D Center. It has 45 professional and technical R&D personnel’s, including 1 doctor, 5 masters, 18 midlevel and above titles, and 93 national patents which includes 9 invention patents.
The company has sales teams specialized in international, domestic and intelligent equipments major. There are wholly-owned subsidiaries in the UK, Singapore and Guangdong. We have more than 40 national dealers and 170 international customers from over 70 countries such as Germany, Sweden, USA, Australia, Singapore, etc. We have established partnership with domestic forklift and construction machinery manufacturers at home and abroad such as JCB UK, Linde(China), Mitsubishi Japan, Kion Baoli, Hangcha , Zhejiang Goodsense, Xuzhou Construction Machinery etc.
The company earned Integration of Information and Industrialization, national patent, ISO9001, ISO140001, OHSAS18001, ISO3834-2 certifications. Also we can supply CE, TUV and SGS certifications for many products.

In Indonesia, Longhe products are marketed and sold by PT. Lohindo Makmur Perkasa (Lohindo Group) which is the sole distributor for the Longhe brand. Apart from being the sole distributor of Longhe products, PT. Lohindo Makmur Perkasa is also an agent and supplier of a number of heavy equipment and industrial related product brands. We have delivered a lot of attachments to many customers and market sectors in Indonesia also several forklift brands such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, TCM, Baoli, etc.

Longhe Logo
The graphics are “LongHe” initials “LH” artistic effect. Graphics are made up of three parts: ”L”shaped like a fork, symbolizes the logistics field. “H” symbolizes the construction machinery field, shows the development of LongHe, captures the focus of the world as the great wall of China.
Red thread symbolized the fast lane of four covering industry field including forklift attachment, construction machinery attachment, agricultural machinery attachment and vehicle attachment.
The logo graphic contains three colour : golden yellow symbolized the quality pure as the gold, sky blue stand for our product range as vast as the sky, red stand for passion and fortune, heralding the bright future of enterprise prosperity.logo graphic overall combination can be regarded as Chinese character “into” and “world”, symbolizing the company in the development of the road to constantly forge ahead to the world, integration of the world, the good will of the world in one family.

Maintenance
Thank you very much for purchasing Longhe attachments. In order to fully understand your rights as our customer, we recommend that you read the content of this warranty carefully.

Warranty Period
Longhe’s products are classified into two kinds:
- New Products : Warranted for a period of 12 months following date of buyer receiving products, or 2000 working hours since date of installation whichever reaches first.
- Repaired Products : Warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.

Buyer & User Attention
- To preserve Longhe’s Warranty, Buyers/End Users must carefully follow the applicable User Manual when installing, adjusting, maintaining and operating Longhe equipment.
- The Buyer/End user must obtain written authorization from Longhe for repairs, other than removal/replacement of defective parts.
- Any unauthorized repairs or alterations, use of parts not provided by Longhe, or failure to follow Longhe User Manual will result in loss of warranty.

Return / Rejection Policy
- Please keep the attachments in unused condition. Please note that any actions must firstly adhere to the valid contract or additional agreement issued by Longhe.
- Please submit the return permission. All costs and expenses caused are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Where the following conditions apply, we will refuse returns.
- Be in used condition.
- Be not returned in original design.
- Special designed for customer.
- Special items mentioned in sales contract or additional agreement.

Notice
- Longhe does not warrant that it’s products will perform any particular task where conditions are not suitable for the product.
- Longhe assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons or property or for consequential damages, resulting from the possession or use of its products.
- Longhe’s Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, abnormal applications, normal or scheduled maintenance.
- There are no warranties either expressed or implied including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose which extend beyond those stated in this warranty and the product description on the face of Longhe order acknowledgement.
